How It Works

1. Schedule initial intake

During your first appointment you will get to share more about your story and what are your current challenges. This allows us to talk through goals for therapy and establish a consistent date and time to meet.

2. Complete paperwork

Once you create an appointment, I will send you a link to the client portal. This platform allows you to complete required paperwork. All paperwork must be completed before our scheduled appointment.

3. attend your first appointment

Once your document has been received we will hold the intake session. If you are seeking therapy for your child, the first session is just with the parent.
